What inspired you to start Funtastiic, and what gap in the market did you see that prompted you to create this venture?
My little ones inspire me every day. Ultimate thought of Fun’tastiic is to provide quality family entertainment atmosphere by ensuring our customers, both parent and child, receive excellent service in a playful, fun filled and safe environment.
Could you share a bit about your personal journey that led you to founding Funtastiic? Were there any specific experiences or moments that motivated you to embark on this entrepreneurial path?
Being a Mom of two kids, working in India’s Big 4 company in a hybrid model made me think of an alternative. The idea stuck when my little ones watching kids entertainment show one fine day. My husband who is a business man, insisted me in doing business from very beginning of our marriage life. I am too self-driven and this concept didn’t let me sleep until I opened one.
What challenges did you face in the initial stages of establishing Funtastiic, and how did you overcome them?
Starting a business is a journey filled with challenges and obstacles. Establishing starting funds was quite a challenge. Balancing work, Fun’tastiic startup and personal life also was quite tiring. I put a schedule in a way by prioritizing activities, stay focused and that helped me recharge.
How does Funtastiic differentiate itself from other similar ventures in the industry? What unique aspects or features do you believe set it apart?
Entertainment has become a buzzword of the new millennium. Families are looking for recreational activities to participate in together and Fun’tastiic is the place to fill this niche and focused on making everlasting memories.
Looking ahead, what are your long-term goals and vision for Funtastiic? How do you envision the company evolving and growing in the future?
We are already in the plan of launching another amusement center in Coimbatore targeting plays for kids, teens and parents. We will be expanding our business in a wide scale hopefully in countries in a decade.
